World Spoofing Championships ‘Coin’
When Paragon Promotions of Worthing, West Sussex, received a call asking for 300 ‘coins’, with different inscriptions on each side, to be produced for an event, a little lateral thinking was needed.
However, the request did not stump Alan Grieve, MD, for long. He told Promo e-News, “Having seen the proposed artwork, I sent the customer a few samples of trolley coins, which they agreed would be suitable if we could supply them without the holes, which we did.“
They are to be used for the World Spoofing Championships being held this month (November). Spoof is a game played in a pub or restaurant to decide who pays the bill.
