The bpma, in association with Sedex, ETI and Intertek, is holding a Workshop on Product Conformity and Ethical Trading at Russell Square, London on Thursday 19 May.
Topics covered include:
- What is ethical trading?
- Is your factory data secure?
- Who is responsible for auditing?
- Are you doing your bit to maintain ethical trading within the supply chain?
- Are you supplying EU regulated products?
The speakers are Tom Smith, Sedex (An Introduction to Sedex), Juila Hawkins, ETI (The Ethical Trading Initiative Explained), Robert Hinchcliffe, Intertek (Product Conformity), Gill Thorpe, The Sourcing Team (Case Study: A distributor perspective).
The event starts with lunch at 1pm and the seminar begins at 2pm. Cost is £65 + VAT for bpma members and £85 + VAT for non-members.
