Promotional-Merchandise is constantly looking at ways to develop the capabilities of the website to make it even more user friendly for visitors. This month, we have installed a new live chat option so that visitors to our website can chat to a member of our team as they are browsing. If visitors have any questions regarding our service or our suppliers and the products they supply, they can now chat to us in real time. 

We are always striving to provide a faster, more efficient service whilst maintaining a personal touch. The live chat incorporates all of these elements and we have high hopes for its effectiveness.  

We would like to welcome Felisa to the Promotional Merchandise team. Felisa had been employed to manage the live chat system as our online advisor and brings with her 2 years experience in a similar role. She is on hand to answer questions live on the site from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Lead Offer
This year we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of quick quote requests and every month we are setting new records.

Not only are we receiving more leads but they are of a much higher quality. This is why we decided to introduce the platinum tier earlier this year, which is for leads with a value over £10,000. 

We are always looking for new suppliers to service the leads that the quick quote system provides and so this month we have been offering a lead trial offer of 5 free credits to let more suppliers know how good our quick quote service really is.

The free trial offer* has worked a treat, with six new suppliers signing up already this month and we are still expecting more. The new suppliers are Ultimate Incentive Ltd, Yellow Pig Promotions, Creative Promotions Ltd, Chocart London, Branded Merchandise (UK) Ltd and Spectrum Merchandising Ltd.

Quick Quote User Experience
It's not just our suppliers who love our quick quotes service. We called one of our many enquirers to get some feedback on how her quote was dealt with and whether she liked the service we provide:

Helen, Librarian/Learning Resource Manager in a school in Somerset, posted this quote request in late June of this year:

"Lapel stickers 2000
Car Windscreen Stickers 1000

Printed with school name, logo and contact details - telephone and website. Both stickers to be circular. Would like white text on black background. Please advise of lead times."

We followed up on her request this week and got some great feedback. When asked whether the service saved her time, Helen stated "Yes, it was very quick. I looked at 2 or 3 websites before finding [Promotional Merchandise] but yours was the best; it was the easiest to manoeuvre around."

We then asked Helen whether she was happy with the quotes she received and she responded "Very much so, the suppliers provided all the information that we needed.

"We think we have found the supplier we will use. The quote information is with our marketing department at the moment and we are awaiting their final decision."

Finally, we asked Helen whether she would use the quick quote service in the future and Helen replied, "Certainly, it was very helpful".
