PROMOTA Celebrates A Successful Show

The 21^st PROMOTA show, which was held at Birmingham’s NEC on 1 – 2 March, attracted more than 1600 visitors over two days.

The PROMOTA dinner and awards was held on the evening of the first day and £800 was raised for the charity SPARKS.

Following dinner the annual awards were announced and presented by PROMOTA chairman, Rod Duncan. Among the many winners were Hambleside Business Gift Solutions who took the prize for the Distributor of the Year, South East region.

After the awards presentation, Rod Duncan confirmed that negotiations had recommenced with the bpma with a view to a formal merger between the two associations on or around May 1, 2010.
