Founders of Orb go Global

Mike Smith and Karen McBride of Orb International, a leading UK independent merchandising company, have entered into an agreement to purchase ‘Sports Merchandise Limited’ from its shareholders.

The newly named company ‘Sports Merchandise Global’ (SMG), works with some of the most prestigious and iconic brand names in sport including Arsenal FC, England Rugby, the International Cricket Council and NBA on a basketball platform.

Joining the board and co owners of Sports Merchandise Global are Jonathan Bailey (formerly Managing Director of CMC) and George Richmond (formerly Sales Director of SML).

Mike Smith, co-founder of ORB International, is CEO of Sports Merchandise Global.
