The Feefo feedback system is based on genuine feedback from customers; verified customers are invited to leave reviews on their purchases, which are then provided to the merchant and displayed anonymously on the Feefo website, www.feefo.com. Gold Trusted Merchant status is awarded only to those merchants who achieve either Good or Excellent ratings (on a four point scale) from at least 95% of their customers. EMC Advertising Gifts have been a Feefo member since January 2013, and in that time they have achieved an exceptional 99% rating, with the vast majority of their customers rating the experience as Excellent.
