Britain Goes Award Crazy

Britain has gone award crazy according to Stratford-upon-Avon based Special EFX, which designs and produces unique sculptural awards for businesses and organisations around the globe.
This is as a result of businesses and organisations both large and small implement new non-financial schemes to recognise the achievements of their employees.
Special EFX has seen demand almost treble during the past two-years – involving the creation of almost 6,500 unique, individually-designed awards during the last 12-months alone.
“There’s no doubt that companies are increasingly looking for alternatives to pure cash as a means of rewarding and motivating their employees,” comments Special EFX’s sales director, Melanie Osborne.
