bpma National Student Design Competition 2011

The British Promotional Merchandise Association has launched its second national student design competition, focussed on the promotional merchandise industry.

“Last year the bpma had over 120 entries from the top design universities in the UK with some truly inspiring ideas,” said Gordon Glenister. Director General of the bpma.

The event will be further enhanced this year with the winners seeing their designs worked up into prototypes. The competition, sponsored by leading innovator 3M, will also be supported by consumer electronics manufacturer, Will International, and creative design agency, Pepagon.  The finalists will be invited to present their designs at 3M HQ in Bracknell, in a Dragons Den style format to 5 industry judges.
