4imprint Group Merges Three of its Companies

In a move driven by client demand, the £168million, publicly-quoted, 4imprint Group plc is mounting a major brand alignment programme which will see three 4imprint-owned companies merging to form a £50million merchandise-led marketing communications agency under a single name: Brand Addition.

The three companies involved are London-based Product Plus International (PPI), Kreyer Promotion Services of Hagen, Germany, and Manchester-based branded merchandise specialist Brand Addition.

The new agency will be launched on 1 January 2010 and will specialise in strategically supporting the development of its clients’ brands by creating and producing bespoke branded merchandise to help communicate brand values.
