Uncertain Times

It seems that the bpma/PROMOTA debacle drags on. We’ve done our best to keep you up to date with the latest situation on this website, but it seems to change almost daily. One has to wonder if two organisations who find it so hard to complete the initial steps to work together could ever become one, harmonious entity. But, time will tell.

On a more positive note, our quarterly interview, which appears this month, is with a very upbeat Isaac Steinhaus, Director of Bayseven who loves the industry, rates all the organisations in it and generally has a very rosy view of the promotions world, although he’d like to see some sort of regulatory body that could mediate and discipline where necessary, and I suspect he’s not alone in that.

A look at hi tech products in this month’s feature reveals that they are getting smaller and more powerful, but there are also some stylish items out there that look good and perform well.

Next month, we feature promotional wear, keyrings, badges, lanyards, wristbands, umbrellas … and maybe parasols if this lovely weather lasts!
