Senator lends another Helping Hand to customers
Senator, the leading manufacturer of promotional writing instruments, took its reputation for outstanding customer service to a whole new level recently when it offered its customers the chance to win a ‘Helping Hand’ for a day.
The services of Senator’s highly experienced Account Managers were up for grabs in a free prize draw where customers simply had to quote a code with each order placed to be in with a chance of winning.
Melissa Chevin, Marketing Manager at Senator, said: "The prize draw is always extremely popular and our Account Managers are assured of a warm welcome by the winning companies. The opportunity to get involved in office life in a variety of ways from routine admin tasks to interaction with clients means that our Account Managers gain a greater insight into their customers and benefit as much as the company that has the use of their services – it’s a win-win situation."
The lucky winners were:
Falcon Promotions, who won the services of Account Manager Tina Coghlan
Sales and Marketing Director Paul Peachey commented: "Tina was a model member of staff, arriving promptly, making tea and coffee, answering the phone and helping in the warehouse. We benefited from her expertise as she gave two junior members of staff an insight into Senator’s products and services, spoke directly with a customer who was looking for pen ideas in our Showroom and played a part in clinching a large order for the Senator Big Message Pen. It was a useful day for all and enabled Tina to see first-hand some of the issues that affect distributors every day such as tight deadlines and difficulties with artwork."
Concept Incentives, who won the services of Account Manager Chia Du Viviers
Jo Collens, Director at Concept Incentives, said: "Chia arrived on what was an incredibly busy day at the Concept office. When a client arrived unannounced, Chia stepped in to deliver an entertaining and educational chat on the measure of a good promotional pen and it is testament to her abilities that we have the confidence and trust to leave her with a client. We very much value the service we get from Chia and, in fact, one of our clients was so impressed with Chia’s ability to price on the spot that she requested her services too!’
Bourne International, who won the services of Account Manager Nicola Dyce
Steve Simmons, Director of Bourne International, said: "Nicola mucked in straight away and made light work of a mountain of filing and envelope stuffing. She is great company and it was beneficial for all of us to spend some quality time with her and get to know each other even better."
