Seasons of Mist and Mellow Fruitfulness

According to the poet John Keats, Autumn is the ‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’ which I always think is so very descriptive. But for me, Autumn is also the season for the National Incentive Show (25 – 27 Sept NEC), and as I write this, I am preparing for my visit to the exhibition.

A visit to an exhibition can also be very fruitful. It’s not just the inspirational goods and services you see on the stands, it’s also the opportunity to meet up with so many of the great and the good of the industry under one roof and to hear their advice in the bountiful seminar programme. So, armed with long lists of stands to visit and people to meet with, I’m off to the NEC in Birmingham. Autumn is also the time when the promotions and motivation industry is busy sourcing and supplying corporate Christmas gifts, so our feature for the October issue will be on this subject. I’m sure I’ll pick up lots of information on Xmas gifts at the National Incentive Show, but don’t forget to send in your information and pics too, if you want to be included.
