Nexus Collections launch Ship in 5 service at The Meetings Show UK

Nexus Collections is once again leading the global market for the provision of conference bags with the launch of a five day service called Ship in 5. 

Nexus Collections is Europes largest manufacturer of conference bags, manufacturing over 500,000 bags each year for over 600 conference organisers.

Once artwork is approved, Nexus now commits to the printing and shipment of their conference bags within five days. The new service has been created as a direct result of client requests following reduced event lead times.

Depending on stock availability Nexus are now also able to offer a next day service if all artwork is available.

Nexus Collections, Managing Director, Nick Jones commented: "The industry norm is simply not good enough for the modern event world. Organisations are planning events with exceedingly short lead times. The assumption was that conference bag suppliers could not respond to these changes so many clients just were not bothering. For the sake of an improved delegate experience and our own business we decided to create a new model for the production of bags and deliver to clients within the shortest time possible, whilst retaining our credibility and high levels of customer service."

Nick continued: "The next day service is really just an extension of this concept but more heavily reliant on completed artwork and stock availability. Our team of client managers will discuss all available options with customers at the point of ordering to ensure they receive the most appropriate service for their needs."

Note on terms and conditions:
- Goods dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation and artwork approval.
- Delivery to a UK mainland destination is on a next working day service. Transit times for larger and overseas consignments tba.
- Ship in 5 is subject to sight of artwork and applies to screen printing process only (4 colour process printing requires up to 4 weeks).
