ID&C Develops Safety Wristbands for Police

ID&C, specialists in the creation of wristbands, lanyards and security products, has been working closely with two police forces in the UK to create tailored safety products.

For Police based at Bristol International Airport, ID&C created 1000 different coloured wristbands on which parents can write their children’s details and then attach to their offspring for the duration of their holiday.

For Kent Police force’s ‘Be Bright! Be Seen!’ campaign ID&C developed branded, glow-in-the-dark slapper bands that cyclists could put on for travelling, but easily remove afterwards. A special consideration was that the bands had to be big enough to fit over jacket sleeves.
