Diamond Engravers Extends Services for Trophies & Awards

Diamond Engravers, a subsidiary of Designs On U Ltd, has announced that it has added additional engraving equipment to cater for the increase in diamond engraving on stainless steel and silver. 

The latest project undertaken by Diamond Engravers involved a large quantity of stainless steel mirror polished 350 mm diameter circular trays (pictured).  

Speaking for the company, David Webster (also Chairman of Promota) said, “Engraving stainless steel has tended to be done with lasers, but lasers only etch the surface whereas with diamond drag engraving you are cutting into the surface. The result is a sheen to the surface you cannot get with laser engraving.”
