Allwag Awarded Gold Status for Investors in People

Allwag Promotions is celebrating after becoming the first SME to be awarded the Gold status for Investors in People, a nationally recognised people management standard. 

The Essex based company, which has been trading for 12 years, supplies a full range of printed promotional merchandise, business gifts and corporate clothing. 

The assessment was carried out via a series of interviews with staff, allowing assessors access to practical examples of how the company meets Investors in People requirements. 

Investors in People Assessor Kate Harris commented,  “I was very impressed with the positive ethos and culture that permeates throughout all aspects of the company.
