Airline inspired promotional bags by Retrojet Ltd
B.O.A.C, Pan Am, T.W.A - these are all acronyms from a bygone age. A time when Jason King, James Bond or Simon Templar would be seen boarding a flight for Geneva, Rome or Tangiers - certainly somewhere exotic. A time when air travel was exciting and aspirational and even coined a new term - The Jet Set.
Retrojet Ltd was launched in 2009 by Owner and qualified Pilot Patrick Nandu."I intially set up www.retro-jet.com as a hobby selling bags featuring the logos of well known but now defunct airlines to individuals online, but not too long after that I began receiving enquiries from companies wanting similar bags with their company logos and designs for promotional, merchandising and retailing purposes. This forced me to change my model slightly to facilitate this need. The companies I deal with are from a wide spectrum of sectors and mainly based in the UK, although the US and EU are also our markets. We've made bags for film companies, record labels, drinks companies, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, car companies and the airlines - in fact one of the highlights was producing some bags for Duran Duran's recent tour. Our clients find the bags unique, functional, eye catching and quirky!"
The bags are made from high quality and durable faux leather material (PVC), with a printable area almost covering the entire height and width of the bag and available in more than 20 colours. They are excellent for stowing gadgets and items like phones, iPads and laptops etc.
The typical lead time is three weeks from artwork approval.
